We offer a variety of sport Individual Training Programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a professional athlete, college athlete, high school athlete, pre-teen athlete or a recreational athlete, we have our Strength Coaches and programs that will exceed your demands.
Strides prides itself on delivering world class Performance Training to all athletes that have the drive and want to get better at their sport.
As an individual you have options. You can sign up for 1-on-1 training with your Individual Performance Training program, designed specifically for you by your Strength coach. You can also join one of our group Sports Performance Training programs or take The Team Advantage.
You also have the opportunity to sign up for our NEW Energy System Development (ESD) Program that focuses directly on a progressive conditioning program tailored to your sporting demands.
